Minimum of 2 years of experience as real estate agent. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with local market trends, regulations, and property valuation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of real estate technology ( CRM software, social media marketing, etc.). Preferred to have driving license and own car.
