We are seeking motivated Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in property sales or leasing, a passion for real estate, and the ambition to succeed in a competitive, rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
Manage property viewings, and client communications.
Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the sales and leasing process.
Build strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers.
Stay updated with market trends and property values in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate (sales or leasing).
Deep knowledge of the UAE property market in addition to research conducting and learning.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client service skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Native Arabic speaker ( other languages is a plus )
Computer and Technology basic knowledge (Office Suit, Internet Browsing, etc...).
UAE driving license (Optional).
