Build Homes Real Estate, a premier real estate firm in Dubai, is seeking
experienced Real Estate Agents
to join our growing team. This role is
flexible (no fixed working hours)
and operates on a
commission-only basis
, offering one of the

As a Real Estate Agent with us, you will effectively run your own business within our brokerage - managing your schedule, building a pipeline of clients, and driving property sales from start to finish. The role involves selling
off-plan developments
and
ready (completed) properties
to both investors and end-users, so a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market is essential. You'll enjoy the freedom to work independently
with a supportive team behind you
, including access to leads and administrative assistance, so you can focus on closing deals and achieving outstanding results.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Networking:
Generate new leads and build a robust network of potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Property Promotion & Sales:
Promote and sell both
off-plan projects
(new developments) and
ready properties
to investors and end-user buyers, effectively communicating the value and features of each property.
Client Meetings & Viewings:
Coordinate and conduct property viewings, site visits, and presentations for interested clients, ensuring a professional and informative experience.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate purchase agreements, prices, and terms between buyers and sellers. Work diligently to
close property deals
successfully, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Market Advising:
Advise and guide clients on current
market conditions
, property values/pricing, and
mortgage
or financing options. Help clients make informed decisions by providing up-to-date information about the Dubai real estate market.
Documentation:
Prepare and submit all necessary documentation and contracts required for transactions. Ensure all deals comply with legal requirements and company policies, with accurate paperwork from initial agreement to final contract.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with property developers, clients, and fellow agents. Leverage these relationships to stay informed about new listings and projects, and to generate repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
Location:
Currently based in
Dubai, UAE
(with solid knowledge of the local real estate market).
Experience:
Proven experience in
real estate sales
, including handling both off-plan project sales and ready property transactions.
Skills:
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Work Ethic:
Self-motivated,
results-driven
, and able to work independently to manage your own workload and client base.
License & Certification:
A valid UAE driving license
and
a RERA certification (Real Estate Regulatory Agency license) are
highly preferred
. These qualifications will be an advantage in conducting viewings and closing deals.
Education & Language:
Fluency in
English
(written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in other languages (such as Arabic , Hindi , Urdu, French, Russian, Spanish ) is a plus and can help in Dubai's multicultural market.
Professionalism:
High level of professionalism, integrity, and knowledge of real estate regulations and best practices in Dubai.
