Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media marketing, and proactive outreach.
Guide clients through the entire sales process, from property viewing to negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market, including off-plan projects, ready properties, and emerging areas.
Conduct comprehensive market research and property valuations.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
Prepare and present professional proposals and sales contracts.
Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Valid UAE Driver's License and own vehicle
