Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and price negotiations Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal procedures Promote property listings through digital marketing, open houses, and networking Maintain accurate records of listings, transactions, and client communications Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant transactions

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales preferred Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE real estate laws Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are an advantage Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle Proficiency in CRM systems and online listing platforms Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
