Position Overview:


We are seeking dynamic and motivated

Real Estate Brokers

to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This is a

commission-based

role offering high earning potential, advanced training, and access to a wide portfolio of premium real estate projects.

As a Real Estate Broker at MCRE, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales across off-plan and resale segments.

Responsibilities:



Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Provide professional consultations to buyers, sellers, and investors. Guide clients throughout the property purchase process, including viewings, negotiations, and documentation. Stay updated on the Abu Dhabi real estate market, new project launches, and industry trends. Collaborate with in-house mortgage, conveyancing, and marketing teams for deal closure support. Maintain a strong CRM database of prospects and active clients. Represent MCRE professionally in the market, fostering long-term client relationships.

Requirements:



Proven experience in real estate sales

(residential or commercial), preferably in luxury or international markets.

Languages:

Fluent English is a must. Bilingual or trilingual preferred (European languages, Chinese, Turkish, etc.). Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Goal-oriented with a proactive sales mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools. Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
