Job Description

We are looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and negotiation, strong knowledge of the local real estate market, and the ability to manage clients from initial contact through to closing deals successfully.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Follow up with potential clients using CRM and client management systems to convert them into successful deals.
Provide clients with guidance on property prices, locations, and available financing options.
Conduct property tours and accompany clients during viewings.
Close deals and follow up on all legal and administrative procedures necessary to complete the sale.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure properties are promoted effectively and attractively.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or in a similar role.
Excellent negotiation and sales skills with the ability to persuade clients.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and its trends.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Experience using CRM and client management systems.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Punctuality and strong work discipline.
