Minimum 1-3 years experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred)
Proven track record in off-plan and/or secondary market sales
Experience handling client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closings
2. Languages
English - mandatory
Arabic - a strong bonus
Additional languages are an advantage (Russian, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu, French, etc.)
3. Sales & Communication Skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
4. Market Knowledge
Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations
Understanding of off-plan and ready properties
Familiarity with developers, payment plans, and mortgages
5. Customer Handling

Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills
High level of integrity and transparency
6. Technology & Tools
Experience using CRM systems
Familiar with property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
Comfortable with digital communication tools
