Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management
Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, portals, and walk-ins
Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property viewings and site visits
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with clients and developers
Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Market Knowledge & Coordination
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate laws, and market trends
Coordinate with developers, landlords, and channel partners
Assist clients with documentation, booking forms, and agreements
Work closely with internal teams (admin, marketing, CRM)
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly
Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates
Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in UAE real estate sales (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach
Knowledge of Dubai / Abu Dhabi property market
Preferred
Experience with portals like Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle
Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic/Hindi an advantage)
