Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Sales Broker or Real Estate Agent in the UAE
Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
Client-focused with a professional attitude
Familiarity with property portals and CRM systems is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients (buyers, sellers, and investors)
Market and promote properties effectively
Conduct property viewings and client meetings
Negotiate and close sales deals
Maintain accurate records of clients and transactions
Provide excellent after-sales service
