We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Agent to support clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The role involves client coordination, property viewings, negotiations, and transaction support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with property sales, leasing, and purchases
Conduct property viewings and client meetings
Coordinate negotiations and support deal closures
Maintain client relationships and follow up for repeat business
Use CRM and marketing platforms to promote listings
Stay informed about local property market trends
Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in real estate or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
Preferred Skills
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Compensation
Fixed monthly salary (based on experience)
Commission paid on successfully closed transactions in accordance with company polic

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
