We are seeking a motivated and results?driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced environment, excels at building client relationships, and is committed to delivering exceptional service throughout the property sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and company?provided channels.
Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and market assessments.
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.
Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties and ensure accurate listing information.
Negotiate offers and contracts with professionalism and attention to detail.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
Ensure all documentation and processes comply with UAE real estate regulations.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
Strong understanding of the local real estate market, communities, and developers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
