Responsibilities
Take part in training sessions to understand sales processes, negotiation techniques, and real estate best practices
Assist clients throughout their buying, selling, and renting journeys for both residential and commercial properties
Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property tours while delivering accurate and helpful information
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal team members
Organize and update property data, client details, and leads using CRM systems
Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to enhance lead generation efforts and promote available properties
Stay informed about market conditions, upcoming projects, and real estate regulations in Abu Dhabi
Requirements
No prior experience in real estate is needed--comprehensive training will be provided
Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset
Willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation
