Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs
- Calling Fresh leads to offer hot projects
- Providing guidance and assisting to sellers and buyers in purchasing the property
- Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
- Ensures that terms and conditions of purchase agreements such as loans, home inspections, and pest inspections are met before closing dates
- Must know the Secondary Market and Off-plan
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Skills Required
-Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
Up to 70% Commission
