Your Role:


As a Real Estate Sales Agent with us, you will be at the forefront of Abu Dhabi's booming market. You will leverage our premium resources to generate leads, close deals, and maximize your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive Sales:

Market and sell a diverse portfolio of off-plan developments and secondary/resale properties.

Generate Leads:

Actively prospect new clients through our premium property portals, company-provided referrals, and strategic networking.

Manage Deals:

Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from initial consultation and viewings to skilful negotiation and final closing.

Build Relationships:

Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Utilize Tools:

Maintain impeccable client records and manage your pipeline using our advanced CRM system.

Provide Expertise:

Offer clients data-driven insights on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):



Must be located in or ready to relocate to

Abu Dhabi

. Minimum

1+ years

of hands-on experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE. Proven experience in sales, with a strong grasp of negotiation techniques. Familiarity with CRM tools and major property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut). Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Hindi) are a significant advantage. A self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused mindset.
