Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients about market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Maintain and update property listings and sales pipelines.
Negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers ensuring all parties' needs are met.
Prepare necessary documentation such as sales agreements and lease contracts.
Stay up to date with local real estate market trends and legal regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and boost property visibility.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
