Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close deals. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process, managing property listings, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and client presentations
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
Build and maintain a strong client network
Negotiate offers and close property transactions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and developments
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
UAE real estate license or willingness to obtain one
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional
