Job Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and motivated

Sales Consultant

with at least 2 years of experience in real estate or a similar sales environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for property, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle property sales, including off-plan and resale units Conduct viewings, client meetings, and sales negotiations Maintain and update property listings Stay informed on market trends and available developments in Abu Dhabi Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

During the interview, you'll tell us the salary you're aiming for. Based on that, we'll define a monthly sales target. If the target is met, the agreed salary is paid in full. This model keeps things transparent and performance-driven.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Familiarity with real estate platforms and CRM tools. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written). Fluency in 2+ languages is an advantage.
Preferably has valid UAE driving license.
