Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong sales skills, a passion for property, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building relationships, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
Conduct property viewings and provide expert market insights
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors
Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity
Stay informed about market trends, legal procedures, and new property listings
Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or consulting
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused
