Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about property, skilled in sales, and committed to delivering exceptional service. You'll be responsible for managing property transactions, building client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in property transactions across Abu Dhabi
Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance tailored to client needs
Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and strategic insight
Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools
Qualifications
Previous experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin are a plus
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
