Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and professional Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. This role involves managing property transactions, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and price negotiations
Provide guidance on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements
Promote property listings through advertising, open houses, and digital platforms
Maintain accurate records of listings, transactions, and client communications
Collaborate with developers, legal teams, and financial institutions to close deals
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales preferred
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE real estate laws
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
