Sales & Leasing Agents

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

sales of primary (off-plan) and secondary (resale/ready) properties

. Manage

leasing transactions

including listings, client viewings, negotiations, and rental contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors. Market properties effectively through online portals, social media, and networking. Conduct professional property tours and client meetings. Negotiate and close deals efficiently. Stay updated with Abu Dhabi real estate laws, projects, and market trends. Meet and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.

Requirements:

Previous experience in

real estate sales

(primary and/or secondary) with

leasing background

preferred. Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and developments. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred. Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
