Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about property, skilled in client engagement, and capable of closing deals in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers
Negotiate offers and finalize transactions in line with company standards
Stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize property exposure
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and listing platforms
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
Proficiency in CRM tools and online property portals
