We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell residential, commercial, or off-plan properties to potential buyers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and compare property prices.
Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.
Prepare and present sales offers, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with buyers and sellers.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, property laws, and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate records of clients, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar sales role
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
