Role: Real Estate Sales Agent
Key Responsibilities
Represent buyers or sellers across luxury and off?plan residential transactions in Dubai.
Source and manage client leads via proactive networking, marketing, and referrals.
Conduct property showings, highlight key features, and tailor presentations to client preferences.
Analyze market trends and prepare comparative pricing strategies.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, handling offer and counter-offer stages efficiently.
Manage documentation, coordinate inspections/appraisals, and ensure smooth transaction workflows
What Success Looks Like
Strong client relationships and consistent pipeline growth.
Closed transactions with positive client feedback.
Demonstrated understanding of Dubai's varied areas and off?plan developments.

Prior experience (ideally 1-2 years) in property sales within Real Estate environments.
