Key Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell residential and off-plan properties Manage clients through the full real estate cycle: inquiry ? viewings ? negotiation ? deal closure Conduct property viewings and represent the company at open houses, events, and project launches Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide detailed market analysis and consultative advice to clients Ensure full legal and documentation compliance throughout the sales process

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE

Strong knowledge of

Abu Dhabi's real estate market

and luxury developments Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

UAE driving license and own car

(preferred) Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and in a team Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
