Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in renting residential and commercial properties across the capital. You will serve as a key advisor throughout the real estate process, providing market insights, property evaluations, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist clients inleasing real estate properties Conduct property viewings and open houses Maintain in-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market, trends, and legal regulations Build and maintain strong client relationships Negotiate deals and prepare contracts in compliance with UAE real estate laws Provide regular updates to clients regarding market conditions and property listings Work closely with property developers, landlords, and brokers Meet monthly sales and leasing targets

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role (UAE experience preferred) Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Abu Dhabi property laws and RERA regulations Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle Fluency in English Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
