We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced
Sales Agent
with in-depth knowledge of the
Abu Dhabi real estate market
to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling
ready and off-plan properties in Abu Dhabi
, strong market knowledge, and a passion for closing deals. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and successfully guiding them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Handle inquiries and follow up with potential buyers professionally.
Present and promote ready and off-plan properties to clients.
Conduct market research and stay updated on current real estate trends in Abu Dhabi.
Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales successfully.
Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams for smooth transactions.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of real estate sales experience in Abu Dhabi
, specifically in ready and off-plan projects.
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property laws, developers, and communities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license and own car is an advantage.
