in Abu Dhabi's dynamic real estate market. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and facilitate successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
Property Listings:
Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Negotiation & Closing:
Guide clients through the buying/selling process and negotiate favorable terms.
Networking:
Build strong relationships with developers, landlords, and other industry professionals.
Legal & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
Marketing & Promotion:
Utilize digital platforms and traditional marketing strategies to attract clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
