Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Property Listings & Marketing:
Promote properties through online platforms, social media, and networking.
Market Research:
Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing strategies, and competitive listings.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process.
Legal & Financial Advisory:
Assist clients with contracts, mortgages, and regulatory compliance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with brokers, developers, and other industry professionals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years
of experience in real estate sales in Abu Dhabi (preferred but not mandatory) .
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
