Key Responsibilities:
Source and convert leads through various channels
Build strong client relationships and understand their property needs
Conduct property viewings and presentations
Negotiate and close sales or lease agreements
Maintain updated records in CRM systems
Stay informed on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies
Requirements:
1-2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license and own car
Proficiency in CRM tools and online platforms
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Compensation:
Commission-based structure
