Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and other key stakeholders. Stay informed on local market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide expert advice to clients. Create compelling listings and manage the marketing of properties across various platforms. Act as the intermediary between buyers and sellers to negotiate and finalize transactions. Conduct property showings and host open houses to attract potential buyers. Attend networking events to build a professional network and generate new leads. Achieve sales targets and performance metrics to maximize commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-Year Experience in real estate sales (mandatory). Active Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one). Prefer Own Visa: Candidates with their own valid visa are preferred. Broker Card: Preferred, Valid Driver's License: Required for property showings and client meetings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
