Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings, market research, and price evaluations.
Develop a deep understanding of the local real estate market, trends, and competitor offerings.
Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
Negotiate offers and finalize sales contracts in line with company policies.
Prepare and present property proposals to clients.
Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams for listings and deals.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and record-keeping for all transactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a sales role.
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) certification is an advantage.
