This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through various channels, including company-provided leads, networking, and referrals.
Conduct property presentations, viewings, and consultations with prospective buyers.
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate offers and finalize sales agreements in line with company standards.
Maintain an updated database of clients, listings, and sales activities.
Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and competitive offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and property promotions.
Represent the company professionally and uphold high service standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Professional appearance and a customer-focused mindset.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
