Job Summary
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in properties across Abu Dhabi. You'll be backed by a strong brand, a supportive team, and a portfolio of high-demand listings. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital outreach
Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying/selling process
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and legal regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and integrity
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Qualifications
Previous experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and online marketing tools is an advantage
