We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with clients, and closing property sales. The role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Understand client needs and provide suitable property options.
Conduct property viewings and site visits.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
Maintain an up-to-date database of listings and client information.
Stay informed about the local real estate market, including pricing trends and new developments.
Coordinate with developers, landlords, and other agents as required.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
