Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Real Estate Sales Consultant / Agent
to join our expanding team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales transactions, developing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and list new properties for sale
Conduct market research and property valuations
Coordinate and conduct property viewings
Negotiate and close sales transactions
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and legal processes
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of proven sales experience in Dubai real estate
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional
