Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Real Estate Rental / Leasing Consultant
to join our team in Dubai. The role involves assisting clients in finding suitable rental properties and supporting landlords in effectively leasing their units.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and list new rental properties
Conduct property viewings and inspections
Match tenants with suitable listings
Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's rental market and regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of leasing or rental experience in Dubai
Strong communication and client service skills
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
