We are actively seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Senior Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in facilitating property transactions, connecting buyers and sellers, and contributing to the growth and success of our real estate business. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record of successful property transactions.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, both buyers and sellers. Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes. Conduct thorough market analysis to provide clients with accurate and valuable insights.

Property Showings and Negotiations:

Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers. Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

Documentation and Transactions:

Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring smooth and timely closings.

Networking and Business Development:

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional contacts. Actively participate in business development activities to attract new clients and opportunities.

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client trust and satisfaction. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Compliance and Ethics:

Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker with a successful track record. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, can speak Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Dutch is a plus. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of local real estate markets and industry trends. Familiarity with relevant legal regulations and procedures. Effective communication and presentation skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
