The Opportunity:
We are seeking driven and charismatic Real Estate Relationship Managers & Business Development Experts to join our expanding international sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, building lasting relationships with high-net-worth investors and clients from around the world. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for our international clientele.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Generate new business leads through various channels (referrals, networking, marketing leads, and social media). Build and maintain a robust pipeline of international clients.
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth needs analysis for clients, providing tailored property recommendations and investment advice for the Dubai market.
  • Market Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market trends, projects, regulations, and off-plan developments.
  • Deal Management: Manage the entire sales process, including property viewings, negotiations, preparing MoUs, and coordinating with the legal and operations teams for a smooth transaction.
  • Networking: Represent the company at international property exhibitions, networking events, and developer meetings.
Who You Are (Requirements):
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year of active real estate experience in the Dubai market is mandatory.
  • Sales Driven: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You are hungry for success and financially motivated.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Flawless English communication skills (both verbal and written). Additional languages are a significant advantage.
  • Professional Demeanor: A presentable, confident, and polished personality with strong interpersonal skills. You can build instant rapport with a diverse, international client base.
  • Ambitious & Resilient: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Eligibility: Must hold a valid UAE residence visa and be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
