We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Real Estate Agent (Russian Speaker)

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market and be fluent in Russian to effectively communicate with clients. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to Russian-speaking clients throughout the real estate process. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi's metropolitan areas. Conduct market research and comparative analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently. Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and industry developments. Promote properties through various marketing channels, including social media and networking events.

Requirements:

Fluency in Russian and English

(spoken and written). Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market and regulations. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. UAE driving license and own vehicle is a plus.
