Real Estate Promoter
to join our team for a stand at Sofitel Dubai The Palm.

As a Real Estate Promoter, you will be responsible for engaging hotel guests and visitors at our promotional stand. Your primary goal will be to generate interest in our properties, answer questions, and schedule appointments for our real estate agents. You will also promote our brand and educate potential clients on the latest real estate opportunities we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage hotel guests at the stand, offering information about available properties.
Promote real estate listings and generate interest in our services.
Qualify leads by asking questions to understand client needs and preferences.
Schedule appointments for potential clients with real estate agents.
Ensure the stand is always clean, organized, and well-stocked with marketing materials.
Track and report on the success of the promotion.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotion is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing personality with the ability to engage people and build rapport.
Knowledge or interest in the real estate market is desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain professional under pressure.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
Fluency in Russian is required for this role
