Key Responsibilities

• Manage the business of the assigned portfolio through coordination with designated coverage teams
• Partner with the Real Estate department to deliver high-quality service and sustainable revenue growth
• Independently manage customer inquiries and service issues to enable focus on cross-selling complex products
• Develop strong credit skills and apply acceptable risk and reward parameters across the portfolio
• Maintain zero expiries across all assigned facilities and deliver annual targets for performing loans
• Cross-sell GFM, GTB, and other relevant products to enhance client value
• Maintain non-performing loans below defined thresholds and conduct timely credit reviews and renewals
• Deliver satisfactory audit outcomes through strong controls and documentation
• Act as client service manager to proactively resolve issues and facilitate solutions
• Enhance credit analysis capability through appraisal and financial modeling
• Ensure all internal processes for existing portfolios are completed in line with bank policies
• Adhere to documentation standards including call reports, KYC, and operational requirements
• Turn around new to bank proposals within agreed service level agreements

Specific Accountabilities

• Apply sound knowledge of appraisals, financial modeling, and legal and regulatory environments
• Interpret and appraise financial statements and feasibility reports
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal presentations
• Manage workload, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure
• Operate within approved authorization matrices and governance frameworks

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or business
• Professional accounting qualification is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of real estate portfolio management and credit analysis
• Experience working with coverage teams and multiple stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer management skills
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
