Job Responsibilities : Visual and text content creation for social media and overall digital marketing purposes Research industry-related topics and current trends. Capability to shoot and develop content specifically for social media. Create, edit social media videos, reels, stories. Create engaging video and photo content - Identify customers' needs and recommend new topics Work alongside the marketing team to set up a SM strategy, content calendars per platform, and think of creative campaigns to reach business objectives Staying up to date with the latest social media practices and trends. Responsible for the design and creation of visual concepts and marketing collateral that inspires, Designs graphics for project illustrations, banners, logos, brochures.Creates graphic content for the company's website, social media pages, and other marketing materials

• Design, conceptualize and draft eye-catching content
• Design and draft social media campaigns, design E-flyers and email formats for advertising.
• Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and social media platforms
• Create and edit PowerPoint Presentation and PDF presentation template

• Assist with editing website created in WordPress

Requirements: Should have experience - 2 to 3 years in similar designation or portfolio preferably in real estate industry Able to deliver high quality & creative visual content for social media Post-production and editing of video and photography Good, and creative writer, with high attention to detail in correct spelling and punctuation. Strong command of the English language both written and spoken. Tagalog is a plus. Knowledge in wordpress, HTML, CSS, Knowledge of formatting / crafting for specific social media platforms, i.e., TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc. Knowledge in using multi-platforms like Adobe Suite CC (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to edit the media content Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month License/Certification:
