• Looking for experienced and dynamic social media specialist and creative graphic designer for boutique Real estate company

• Candidates should have the below qualifications: -

• Extremely creative

• Quick in design

• Knowledge of all latest designing software's(Adobe Photoshop, illustrator)

• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube, and adapt content to suit different channels.

• Create Social Media Campaigns(Google AdWords, Facebook ads manager, Google Analytics)

• Photography

• Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.

• Responsible for the design and creation of visual concepts and marketing collateral that inspires, Designs graphics for project illustrations, banners, logos, brochures.

• Creates graphic content for the company's website, social media pages, and other marketing materials

• Resolves operational problems and identifies work process improvements.

• Design, conceptualize and draft eye-catching content
• Design and draft social media campaigns, design E-flyers and email formats for advertising.
• Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and social media platforms
• Create and edit PowerPoint Presentation and PDF presentation template
