We are seeking a dynamic individual with proven experience in visual storytelling strategies to enhance our property marketing efforts. As a Real Estate Photographer & Videographer, you will play a crucial role in capturing high-quality images and videos that highlight the unique features of our properties, elevating our marketing campaigns and helping us to attract potential buyers and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with real estate agents and marketing teams to understand property features and unique selling points. Capture high-quality photos and create engaging videos that effectively showcase the properties. Edit and retouch images with precision to ensure a consistent and visually appealing presentation. Stay up-to-date with trends in photography, videography, and SEO to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our content strategy. Manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring they are properly maintained and in optimal working condition. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure visual assets are delivered on time and in line with the brand's objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Photographer & Videographer, with a portfolio showcasing work in the real estate industry. Strong proficiency in photography and videography equipment, as well as editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc. Keen attention to detail and a creative eye for composition, lighting, and angles. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while collaborating effectively with a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
