The Role
As a Real Estate Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing stunning images of residential and commercial properties across UAE. Your work will be essential in portraying these properties in the best possible light, helping our clients attract potential buyers and tenants. Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Photograph interior and exterior shots of real estate properties, ensuring the use of proper equipment, lighting, and composition techniques. \xe2\x80\xa2 Edit and retouch photographs to enhance their visual appeal and quality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their visual requirements and preferences, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify optimal shooting locations, angles, and lighting conditions to capture the essence of each property. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide clients with the final, edited photographs and videos within agreed-upon timelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the consistency and quality of all visual content produced, meeting or exceeding industry standards.

Requirements
Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as a Real Estate Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge of photography techniques, equipment, and editing software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with architectural and real estate photography principles. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional attention to detail and an artistic eye for composition and aesthetics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and client interaction skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Dubai\'s real estate market and an understanding of property aesthetics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in post-processing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
