Job Title Real Estate Photographer/Videographer

Description

A photographer for a real estate team will shoot photography and videography needed for the property starting from pre-production including lighting the house to post-production including editing the imagery to put in the listing.

Independent photographers need skills to bring in new clients, meet with people, talk with customers, and run smooth photo shoots.

When working with people, photographers need to speak clearly and in a friendly way to get what they want out of the photograph.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Taking photographs and videos of properties
• Conceptualize visually dynamic and concise design ideas.
• Digitally enhancing images and videos
• Flexible; Ability to work independently as well as with and through people to establish and execute goals, objectives, and action plans
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the company ads to manage
• Suggest and implement direct email marketing methods and designs to increase profitability
• 360 Photography and Videography
• Motion Graphics

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a graduate of any Associate's or bachelor's degree with a concentration in graphic design and/or multi-media arts
• Must know how to use Adobe Creative Cloud
• Ability to shoot and edit videos and photos
• Ability to produce innovative, fresh, and vibrant designs.
• Adhere to deadlines
• Must have designing knowledge and experience
• Must be familiar with digital design trends
• Must be on trend in terms of digital photography, technology, and creativity
