Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Personal Assistant to support one of our agent only in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate responsible for handling paperwork, scheduling appointments, and assisting with client communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the real estate industry.

Females only

Responsibilities:



Assist one of real estate agent with administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, agreements, and other paperwork. Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses. Manage and organize documents, files, and databases. Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:



Females only Freshers or Previous experience in real estate administration or a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is a plus.
