Optimize landing pages, funnels, and targeting for maximum ROI.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics -- lead quality, CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.
Collaborate with the creative team to build compelling ads that convert.
Manage and allocate media budgets efficiently across multiple campaigns.
Use A/B testing and audience segmentation to continuously improve performance.
Stay ahead of digital trends and competitor activity within the real estate industry.
Requirements:
Proven 3+ years of hands-on experience in
performance marketing
, preferably in
real estate
or high-ticket services.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads
, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Experience with CRM tools like
HubSpot, Salesforce, or Property Finder CRM
is a plus.
Analytical mindset -- ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and act on insights.
Creative eye for ad content that grabs attention and drives clicks.
Knowledge of real estate lead generation in Dubai is an advantage.
